Trillium Brewing’s taproom and restaurant in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood was evacuated Saturday evening after a fire.
Trillium co-founder Esther Tetreault told Brewbound that the location’s management team acted swiftly at the first sign of an issue and there were no injuries. She added that the company is now assessing the “minor damage” at the location and working with inspectional service departments to reopen the location as soon as possible.
Boston 25 News reported that the fire started around 9:30 p.m. Saturday, and the fire was extinguished around 10 p.m. The fire’s cause is still under investigation.

Trillium opened the Fort Point location in late October 2018. During the pandemic, the company paused onsite service but continued to offer beer-to-go sales. Trillium resumed onsite service at its various locations in April 2021.
