The Brewery-
Common Space Brewery is a production brewery and taproom in Hawthorne, CA.

Position Summary
The Salesperson will serve as the embodiment of our ideals to our retail partners. Common Space Brewery is focused on delivering an unforgettable customer experience and this must be a team effort. All members of Common Space will work closely to achieve our goals. For our sales team - Brand Experience, Commitment to Quality and Freshness, and Loyalty to our accounts are paramount. Focus on growing our partner’s revenue and bottom line through sales of Common Space Beer is key. Additionally, Common Space Brewery will self-distribute so our Salesperson will assist with deliveries, warehousing, logistics, and anything else needed to grow our brand.

Requirements:
? At least 1 year of beverage sales experience
? Must live driving distance to Orange County/Long Beach area
? Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
? At least 21 years of age
? Ability to perform deliveries including the ability to lift and move kegs and cases of beer
up to 160 lbs
? Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point of sale frequently
? Must be able to travel
? Must be able to work flexible hours/days, including weekend events

Compensation:
Salespeople are paid a base salary, unlimited sales commissions, and quarterly bonuses. Total compensation $60-90k based on performance.
