SEATTLE – Seattle Cider Company is celebrating warmer weather and sunny days with the much-anticipated release of Berry Rosé! Fermented on fresh, local Washington blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry juice and white wine yeast, Berry Rosé is slightly tart on the start and slightly sweet on the finish. Berry Rosé is a sparkling, full flavored cider that both cider and rosé lovers alike will enjoy. Available at The Woods tasting room beginning Monday, April 30, Berry Rosé will be hitting shelves and taps across the country starting in May.

Fermented on fresh blueberry,raspberry, and blackberry juices and white wine yeast, Berry Rosé comes in at6.9 ABV and just 1.8 Brix. A crisp, dry, and tart take on rosé, Berry Rosé is beautiful cider that highlights some of the best ingredients the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Berry Rosé will be available in 4 pack 16 ounce cans,22 ounce bottles, and on draft.
Berry Rosé marks the third rosé released by Seattle Cider Company in 2018, preceded by Harvest Series favorites Winesap Rosé and Gravenstein Rosé. Winesap Rosé is a 6.5% ABV,1.0 Brix single varietal cider made with local Winesap apples from the Naches Valley conditioned in Syrah wine barrels. Gravenstein Rosé is a 6.3% ABV, 0.75 Brix, single varietal made with local Gravenstein apples and conditioned in Mourvédre wine barrels. Both Winesap Rosé and Gravenstein Rosé are available in 500mL bottles and on draft in limited availability.
