Rhinegeist Brewery has named Adam Bankovich interim CEO, the Cincinnati-headquartered craft brewery shared with Brewbound.
Bankovich was hired as Rhinegeist’s chief commercial officer (CCO) in October 2022, joining the Ohio craft brewery after a nine-year career at Stone Brewing, where he last served as VP of sales.
An Ohio native and 20-year resident of Cincinnati, Bankovich takes over for Mike Parks, who assumed the role of CEO in August 2021.
Prior to joining Stone, Bankovich served as a regional sales manager for Cavalier Distributing for more than four years.
Rhinegeist ranked as the 23rd largest Brewers Association-defined craft brewery by volume in 2022, jumping five spots to enter the top 25 after ranking 28th in 2021. The brewery was founded by Bryant Goulding and Bob Bonder in 2013.
