ROSEMONT, Ill. – Crest Beverage, L.L.C., a Reyes Beer Division joint venture, has officially closed on its acquisition of Claypool Distributing Company in Imperial, California. The business will roll up into the existing Crest Beverage business.

The acquisition adds approximately 650,000 cases, 400 customer accounts and nearly 30 employees to Crest’s operations in Southern California.
