Flagstaff, Ariz. – Mother Road Brewing Company’s shareholders unanimously elected Tom Gregory and Jim Dykes to its Board of Directors, thus increasing the Board from two, to four seats. The current Board of Directors is: founders Michael Marquess, Alissa Marquess, and newly Tom Gregory, Jim Dykes.
Tom Gregory has extensive background in branded consumer products sales and marketing programs, with significant experience in researching new product potential, and geographic expansion. Recently, Tom’s boards of director experiences include a liberal arts university in Kansas, and currently with an Arizona Indian tribe’s economic development corporation.
Jim Dykes has served in a variety of leadership and governance roles for non-profit and philanthropic organizations in the fields of social services, behavioral health and sustainable economic development. Jim recently retired after 35 years as Counsel for the Medical Products Division of W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc. During his career at Gore, Jim’s practice areas included product liability, employment, commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He served in a variety of divisional and corporate roles, including leading a global commercial law team of 20+ attorneys and legal professionals.
Mother Road Brewing Company is in the midst of its largest expansion to-date. Mother Road expects to complete its new production facility this coming January, 2018, and produce upwards of 7,000 barrels throughout the year — a 60%+ increase in production from 2017. Supporting this growth is an increasing demand for Mother Road products in Arizona, larger distribution to the state of New Mexico, and new distribution plans for Charleston, South Carolina.
