Light lager (+9%) and American lager (+19%) both grew share of sales on e-commerce alcohol delivery platform Drizly over Labor Day weekend compared to the holiday weekend in 2021, the company reported.
Lagers’ prominence was evident in Drizly’s top-selling beer brands between September 1-5:
- Bud Light (Anheuser-Busch InBev)
- Corona (Constellation Brands)
- Coors (Molson Coors)
- Michelob (A-B)
- Miller (Molson Coors)
- Modelo (Constellation)

The hard seltzer segment accounted for 3.8% of Drizly orders, down from the 4.6% share it held during the holiday weekend in 2021.

E. & J. Gallo’s High Noon Sun Sips was the best-selling RTD, followed by A-B’s Cutwater Spirits, Beam Suntory’s On The Rocks, Jose Cuervo, The Long Drink, 1800 Tequila, Buzzballz, A-B’s NÜTRL, Fishers Island Lemonade and Diageo’s Loyal 9 Cocktails.
