Charlotte, NC — The Unknown Brewing Company is pleased to announce their newest beer release — Scratch ‘N Sniff. This new brew is available on draft in the taproom and in 12-ounce cans throughout North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
Scratch ‘N Sniff is an Aromatic IPA with an alcohol by volume (ABV) content of 4.8%. The beer was created using a technique called hop bursting. This process equals a whole lot of wonderful citrus aromatics and flavors without being a “bitter” IPA.
“Please don’t wear out your fingers by scratching the glass this beer is in,” says Brad Shell, Owner of The Unknown Brewing Company. “Instead let your nose and tongue do the real work!”
