SPARKS, NV. – Revision Brewing Company has partnered with New West Distributing in the brewery’s home market of Northern Nevada to supply the area with fresh local beer. Both companies are located in Sparks, Nevada less than two miles apart from one another. This news comes after Revision Brewing Company decided to part ways with Barone Imports & Wholesale LLC d.b.a. Revel Nevada Distribution after only six-months of partnership.
Once a sole Coors house, New West has gone through quite the metamorphosis, especially in the last five years. Their 127,000 square foot distribution warehouse showcases that they are growing with the beer industry. This highly modernized facility is more than double the footprint of their last location. A newer position, Craft Division Manager, was also created to oversee the numerous craft beer brands that are now in New West’s portfolio.
In addition to having Craft Division Manager Graham Baxter solely focus on craft, New West Distributing has a highly organized warehouse and order of operations, along with a great deal of refrigerated space. This is a high priority for a brewery such as Revision Brewing Company which specializes in hop-forward beers that are sensitive to heat. Brewmaster Jeremy Warren gave praise to New West for being a professional, top-notch distributor that is highly invested in craft beer and attentive to keeping beer fresh.
Revision Brewing Company has been in operation for six months and after solidifying a foundation of core-beers, they are now starting to venture into more experimental recipes including Northeast-Style hazy IPAs, which will be canned as bi-monthly limited releases available to the local market and closely surrounding areas. With the new partnership of Revision Brewing Company and New West Distributing, Revision’s fresh hoppy beers and exciting experimentals will definitely be contributing to the ever-growing craft beer scene in Northern Nevada.
