“Nourish International could not be more excited to partner with Lonerider on this event to raise awareness for the work we do. Nourish International works with hundreds of students across an international platform for action around making a lasting impact on extreme poverty. Our community partners in the developing world live on less than a $1.25 a day and lack basic needs like food, shelter, sanitation, and clean drinking water. Since 2003 we have implemented 65 sustainable development projects in 25 countries. For the Lonerider family to raise awareness and fund for our work means we can do more in the coming year including founding new student chapters and increasing our number of community partners,” says Kelly Phoenix, Nourish International’s Executive Director.
“Over the years, we’ve been humbled by the number of outlaws with an enthusiasm for craft beers. With such a tremendous variety out there, we can’t even to begin to express our gratitude to the community that’s supported us. We have a responsibility to give back to the community and we have found a great partner in Nourish International,” says Sumit Vohra, Lonerider’s CEO.
Through corporate and individual donations, Lonerider has raised over $16,000 to date for Nourish International through generous sponsors. Sponsorships begin at the $150 level and are still available, more details can be found at the event website.
