Ipswich, MA — Ipswich Ale Brewery today announced the release of Bramble On, the latest in their Brewer’s Collection Series. The series consists of small batch products ranging in styles and availability.
“Our newest offering, Bramble On, uses fresh blackberry puree and is kettle soured with a special lactobacillus yeast blend; it is a delightful fusion of fruity, sweet, tart, and funky. This is a product that sour beer lovers will appreciate, and even the most novice of beer drinkers can enjoy” said Brewery Owner & President, Rob Martin.
Bramble On is 5% ABV and packaged in kegs as well as four packs of 16 ounce cans. Quantities are limited and will be available in most states that distribute Ipswich Ale beers, including MA, NH, CT, and NC.
Ipswich Ale is also proud to announce the addition of John DeMarco and TJ Peckham to the brewery’s growing team. Combined, they bring 30+ years of sales management experience and insight to the company. Carla Villa, Director of Sales & Marketing at Ipswich Ale Brewery, comments “The brewery is committed to increasing its foothold within our home territories of Boston, the North Shore and beyond, which is why we’re thrilled to bring aboard industry veterans John DeMarco and TJ Peckham. We believe that each offer valuable insight and experience that are key for taking us to the next level of grown and distribution, and we’re excited for what’s ahead at the brewery.”
TJ Peckham is a Rockport, MA native that has joined the brewery as a Key Account Manager with a strong on & off premise focus in the brewery’s Massachusetts distribution territories. His passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm for beer is highlighted in his broad range of experience as a brewer, hop farmer, plus, over fourteen years of beverage sales experience.
John DeMarco, AKA “Johnny D”, is a Haverhill, MA resident who has been in sales, both on the distributor and brewery side, for the past 17+ years. John joins Ipswich Ale Brewery as a Regional Sales Manager with a focus on chain stores, and on & off premise accounts in Massachusetts & New Hampshire.
Peckham comments “John and I look forward to working with the Ipswich Ale Brewery team to continue building a strong future for the company, our customers, distributor partners, and communities. The brewery is growing and turning out an incredible range of products that are different from anything they’ve brewed before. It’s an exciting time to be a part of the brewery’s history, and John and I are eager to spread the good word about Ipswich Ale Brewery beers.”

Residents of Boston’s North Shore were first introduced to Ipswich Ale Brewery during the spring of 1991. With over 26 years of history behind it, Ipswich Ale has been in existence longer than nearly every other craft brewer in New England. Since that time, the Ipswich Ale portfolio of brands have developed into a tradition shared by not only the residents of eastern MA, but across New England. In January of 2016, Ipswich Ale Brewery opened an onsite restaurant, the Ipswich Ale Brewer’s Table, which features 15 tap lines of Ipswich beers and an eclectic lunch and dinner menu.
