LINCOLN, NE — Empyrean Brewing Company announces their newest late-summer seasonal, Pitched Blue.
Pitched Blue, a black and blueberry ale is deceptively dark in the glass, but will thrill your senses with fresh notes of fresh picked blueberries.
“We set out to brew a beer that’s reminiscent of homemade blueberry muffins,” said Head Brewer Rich Chapin.“And I think we nailed it.”
Inspired by the Great American Total Eclipse of 2017 and Van Gogh’s painting The Starry Night; the label artwork represents the parallel realities of a natural phenomenon reawakening imaginative works from a past time. Empyrean mingled together these realities to give you our most playful creation yet.
Brewed with natural blueberry juice, and for available for a limited time, Pitched Blue is coming in at 14°OG,24 IBUs and 5.5% of alcohol content.
