Cheyenne, Wyoming — The Accomplice Beer Company in downtown Cheyenne, Wyoming is now pouring its very own craft beers. After months of preparation including the installation of new brewery equipment, the Accomplice is now serving six core beers, three seasonal styles and a few guest taps.
Housed in the historic Cheyenne Depot Plaza, the Accomplice is a unique brewery concept with self-pour taps and a newly expanded food menu including such favorites as kale salad, baby back ribs, chicken wings, and brewery sliders. The self-pour taps allow customers to sample a variety of beers without having to purchase a full pint — giving customers complete control of their journey into Accomplice craft beers.
The Accomplice Beer Company will start with these core beers on tap:
Pre-Prohibition Lager: A blend of light malts along with the soft spicy and ?herbal notes given off by the Sterling hops, gives this lager a refreshing and crisp finish that begs you to have another sip. Have one glass and you’ll be wishing that this style hadn’t gone extinct with prohibition.
Amber Lager: A mix of German and American light and crystal malts blend together beautifully to create and incredibly well-balanced. Refreshing with just the right amount of caramel sweetness and handsome crimson color. A mix of you guessed it, German and American hops finish this beer up perfectly.
Belgian Wheat: This classic Belgian Witbier has everything you would expect in the style plus the spirit of do anything that has inspired Belgian beers for centuries. Made with yeast straight out of Belgian, the characteristic spicy, slightly tart finish is accented by the complexity of cloves. The addition of orange peel and spicy/flowery coriander seeds completes this wit that will make you think you’re in the old country!
Porter: Looking for a porter that you can drink all day but still hits all the marks you love about this classic complex style? Well you’re in luck. We took a specially blended pick of roasted and crystal malts, added a little bit of oats for a silky smooth pallet and ended up with one hell of a beer! You will get tons of dark chocolate that smoothly processes to a nice roasted finish. With just enough hops to counteract the sweetness of the malt, this is one dark beer you’ll want to have more than one of.
English Pale Ale “Current”: With a base of light and a little crystal malt along with classic English hops this pale ale starts out like it’s being poured right from a pub in jolly ol’ England. We decided to add a little Revolutionary twist though. We dry hopped it with ample amounts of Mosaic hops which give you a nice rush of pineapple, grapefruit, and pine on your nose as you take sip after sip.
English Pale Ale “Future”: We took a traditional, old school, English Pale Ale and brought it into the 21st Century. With delicious Golden Promise malt, along with some light crystal and wheat we have an ode to the classic style. Then we take some new age English hops and pump up the flavor a bit. With the classic spicy characters you will also get notes of black current and some lemon zing. This isn’t your grandfathers pale ale.
