“At our Gastropub, we are continually being asked which beers pair best with which foods,” stated Robert Dahl, CEO. “When we started looking for a simple solution to give, we realized that the options out there were complicated and very text driven.”
Robert continues, “People like visual simplicity and so we decided to create our own beer and food pairing chart to share with the world, and that allows consumers to very simply identify, using color and graphics, which beers match to which styles of foods.”
