Each year during hop harvest, BSG hosts a one-day hop symposium for professional brewers in the Yakima Valley called Humulus U. This year’s Humulus U was at full enrollment, and held on September 19 at the BSG Hops facility in Wapato. Featured speakers were Jeremy Moynier from Stone Brewing, Ben Edmunds from Breakside Brewery, and Kevin and Jessica Riel from Double R Hop Ranches. The day concluded with a tour of Double R’s Home Place farm.
