Bottle Logic is launching Anomaly Beverages, a new line of hemp-derived THC Delta-9 seltzer drinks. Demand for THC-infused beverages is exploding, growing 30% year-to-year. Anomaly represents Bottle Logic’s bold step into the evolving world of THC-infused beverages, designed to meet the shifting tastes of modern consumers. Over the last 10 years, Bottle Logic Brewery has won national and international awards and has become one of the best-known small craft beer brands in the United States and EU, known for exceptional quality and creative flavors.
This is mainly a work-from-home position!
Anomaly Beverages operates as a virtual company with no physical facilities. Manufacturing is outsourced to contract partners, and strategically located fulfillment agents manage distribution. The CEO works remotely from Bottle Logic's California offices, while the General Manager is based in Texas.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sales Manager to lead our self-distribution sales to wholesale customers. You and your sales team will generate sales to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket chains, and liquor store chains throughout the country. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beverage industry and has a proven track record in driving sales growth. You will work independently from home, proactively managing your time and priorities to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, delegating workload appropriately and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, telling the story of every product in an inspiring way.
- Performance Monitoring: Set clear objectives, create and track success metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. Achieve personal minimum weekly call targets and ensure the sales team achieves their targets.
- Budget Management: Oversee sales budgets, optimize spending, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze market data, and use insights to make high-impact decisions and improvements.
- Event Participation: Plan for and manage our participation in key trade show events.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management within the beverage industry.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to stay motivated without direct supervision, demonstrating initiative in meeting sales and revenue goals.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage priorities and routine functions effectively and efficiently.
- Flexibility: Adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies; open to feedback with a "can-do" attitude.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for key accounts, team meetings, and critical events.
- Performance: Proven history of sales success
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 base salary commensurate with experience.
- Performance Bonuses: Up to 30% annual bonus based on meeting and exceeding targets.
