Overview
Monday Night Brewing is an Atlanta-based craft brewery. We brew beers for the weeknights – balanced, flavorful ales that pair well with food.
Believe it or not, the idea for Monday Night Brewing grew out of a small Atlanta Bible study. We started brewing beer together on Monday nights as a way to get to know each other better. As we got more engrained in the industry and more people started showing up to brew with us, beer quickly became more than just a weeknight hobby.
We spent almost 5 years perfecting our beers before bringing them to market. Years of minor tweaks, arguments over hop profiles, and experiments with different brands of base malts are poured into every glass that we brew.
Our weeknight brewing sessions have also lent us our name and our rallying cry: Weekends are overrated. What does this mean to us?
1) It’s not about living for the weekend, but about enjoying every day as much as you can – we believe in doing what you love with your career, even if it means taking home a smaller paycheck.
2) Quality, not quantity – it’s our goal to brew beers that are both interesting and accessible. Beers that should be savored, not guzzled. After all, you’ve got work the next day, right?
3) Relationships – beers that go great with meals but are also complex enough to stand on their own if you’re grabbing a beer with a friend. Beer, at its core, is a relational beverage.
Rachel Kiley was the first-ever employee at Atlanta-based Monday Night Brewing when it opened in 2012, joining as sales director and working her way up to chief operating officer. After helping lead the brewery’s expansion to six locations across four states and 21,000 barrels of beer produced in 2023, Kiley has stepped down to become CEO of Sneaky Spirits, the brand she founded with her husband, Peter.
Atlanta-based, award-winning Monday Night Brewing is toasting to 11 years of killer craft brewing with its ‘Tie One On’ anniversary bash. Taking place at Monday Night Garage located in Atlanta’s West End on August 6-7, 2022, the brewery is crankin’ all levers to the max, with a 50+ beer tap list, specialty bars, and live music all day Saturday.

Launching in our Atlanta taprooms on April 29, Maibock Music is a collaboration beer between Monday Night Brewing and Hip Hop Heads, a brewery-in-planning. It is the product of a rip in the multiverse: the rare collision of parallel lines.

Achieving your health goals and enjoying a beer don’t have to be at odds with one another. As frequent craft beer drinkers who also want to look good naked, Monday Night Brewing created Lay Low: a 90 calorie, 3.2% ABV IPA that tastes delicious and is the ideal post workout chug.
Monday Night Brewing (MNB) is excited to announce Slapsgiving, a month-long partnership between Atlanta Community Food Bank (ACFB) and several industry partners, designed to celebrate the season of giving with the communities they serve.
Blessing the market on November 8, Saint Monday, a new seasonal Helles Lager from Monday Night Brewing, is the patron beer of all things light and crisp. Spicy and floral notes culminate in a clean, bready, and dare we say, benevolent finish.
Because current events continue to disappoint, Monday Night Brewing is stepping back into the prehistoric era, where the brewery’s favorite apex predator roamed free and destroyed anything in its path.
Atlanta-headquartered Monday Night Brewing announced plans today to open a 3,000 sq. ft. taproom in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood, according to the Nashville Business Journal.
