- CB Craft Brewers is a one-of-a-kind brewery in WNY, brewing over 80 different beers for more than 40 taverns and contract brewers. It is also the home of the Caged Alpha Monkey IPA! Our spacious tasting room features 26 craft beers on tap daily brewed on premise and ready to sample or take home in bottles, growlers, grumblers or kegs. Hungry? The knowledgeable staff in our Pint & Goblet Tavern can help you pair the perfect beer with our delicious hand-crafted meals. We offer weekly specials made with fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. Brewery tours are offered every Saturday, so come down and hang out for a bit. Look for the big barn with the bright red roof. Open every day except major holidays.
