ASHEVILLE — Love Ninja Porter’s stealthy but triumphant return will take place during the last week of December 2016. Asheville Brewing Company’s delicious treat of a beer is brewed with raspberry, chocolate, vanilla, and heaping handful of milk sugar.
Again this year, the brew team sourced cacao nibs from nationally-renowned Asheville chocolatier, the French Broad Chocolate Lounge. Then they added Madagascar vanilla, raspberry puree, and lactose to create a lusciously smooth dessert in a beer.
“This is the fourth year we’ve made this seasonal beer,” says head brewer Pete Langheinrich. “We were able to take what we liked from each previous year’s recipe and blend it in a similar, but new, brew that melds the flavors and takes them to a whole new level of decadence. It’s a beer that you will want to dip a bunch of chocolate into.”
Love Ninja will be released on draft at all Asheville Brewing locations on Friday, December 30, at 5 p.m. It will also be available that day in 22-ounce bottles, both at our locations, and from your favorite retailer or bottle shop.
