Overview: The Minneapolis Cider Company was established in 2015 while the founders were their senior year at The University of Minnesota. Through their travels abroad, they discovered a vibrant cider culture in Europe that over the past century has largely faded from the States. They have since made it their mission to restore cider to its rightful place in American culture. Minneapolis Ciders are always made with the finest ingredients available, including juice from Minnesota’s own Honeycrisp apple.
