It’s our take on the traditional Gose style of beer, with a little High Water twist. We added pink Himalayan sea salt, apple juice, and galagal root in the brewing process.
Part of our CALambic series of quarterly sour releases, Ramble on Rose is our latest of California sours brewed in the Belgian tradition. Ramble is brewed with a Belgian golden base beer and aged in wine barrels for over a year. With additions of rose buds, rose hips, pink peppercorns and blueberries, Ramble on Rose pours pink and has a tart taste with a clean, crisp finish.
The newest release is a seasonal beer, brewed for the spring and fall months. Tranquil Eyes is a Scotch Style Ale and is brewed as a Wee Heavy, or Strong Scotch Ale.
