- When Michael brewed up his first batch of his Lemon Drop Pale Ale, he knew he was on to something, but at the time, it was impossible to know just what. Michael wowed friends, colleagues, home brew aficionados, and more with a delicious craft beer brewed with care and good vibes that just plainly makes you happy. Founded in 2017 by homebrewer Michael Frederick, Happy Hippie Brewing Company's first and flagship product has been extremely popular in not only the Founder’s social circles but homebrew events where it always sells out quickly. Happy Hippie Brewing Company has organically begun to develop a reputation for good beer made with good vibes.
