We are doing to-go sales of 6-packs and growlers, and offering a drive thru Thursday-Saturday nights from 4-7pm. You can also find our beers in many liquor stores and grocery stores all over Texas.

Overview: We are open to the public on Thursdays 5-9PM, Fridays 4-9PM, and Saturdays 12-10PM. You can find our beers at Brookshire Brothers and Kroger locally, most local liquor stores, and most of the bars and restaurants in town. Our beer is also available in several locations all over Texas, including some HEBs and Total Wines.

Welcome to Fredonia Brewery. Nacogdoches's first micro brewery. We are a kid and pet friendly local brewery that is located downtown, in the oldest town in Texas. Our name originates from the Fredonia Rebellion and the Fredonia Republic 1826-1827, which was the first breaths of Texas. Our town celebrated its 300th anniversary in 2016, and we are proud to be the first brewery here since the 1850's.

We are excited to bring craft brewing to the town, community and state that we love. Our brews are "Brewed with the independent spirit that created Texas" which is our motto we believe in.

We brew on a 15 barrel brew house and have one 15 barrel, one 60 barrel, and four 30 barrel fermentors. Want to know how your favorite beer is made? We will be giving tours of our brew house equipment and on our process of beer making.

On top on having a beautiful brew house, we also have a beautiful tap room that is surrounded by local tongue and groove yellow pine and the bar has a massive timber frame made from local yellow pine beams. The bar top is made from black walnut that was struck by lightning in Nacogdoches county. The taproom extends out onto our covered patio and beer garden. Enjoy sipping a cold one on the patio or under one of our many pergolas in our beer garden on one of our large hand crafted tables and benches. We also house a very unique 2400+ can collection that has been collected since 1959 that is displayed behind a glass wall in our tap room. It really is a fun attraction to check out while enjoying a pint of Fredonia Brewery beer.

We have six flagship brews on tap year round and are constantly adding more brews to that line up. We have some seasonal brews including our Hefeweizen, Marzen, and Brewberry Cream Ale. We have a brew for everyone. We even have Root Beer for the non-drinkers and kiddos.

What goes great with craft beer? Great food! Make sure you bring your thirst and appetite because we will have local food trucks/vendors for you to enjoy. Each food truck/vendor will be different and unique to one another. What goes with great food and great hand crafted beer? Music. We have live local music for you to enjoy too every Saturday from 6-9PM. Thursdays we offer trivia hosted by Geeks Who Drink. Make sure you also check out our merchandise area where you can buy some Fredonia Brewery swag and wear it with pride.
