Overview: Glendale AZ's first locally owned brewery. We are 100% family owned and opperated. Our family is of Czech decent and love our beer. Jim and Jared Dubina are a father and son team that had the dream to start their own brewery after a trip to Prague, Czech Republic. Their family heritage is from the Czech Republic and immigrated to the United States in the early 1900's. Jim's family settled in Chicago, IL but moved to Phoenix, AZ in the 60's. Jim's grandfather owned five taverns in Chicago and his father owned one in Phoenix off Indian School rd. You could say that beer runs in our family blood. Tradition is important to the Dubina's. While Jared has a fun and creative side, the Dubina Brewing team feel that staying traditional and incorporating the worlds beer history in their beer is just as important as creating new brews. We plan on bringing a year round larger to our list of beers on tap while also enjoying may other great beer like IPA's, stouts, ales and porters.
