Temporary COVID-19 Update: We are currently open on Fridays 4-8, and Saturdays 2-8 with indoor and expanded outdoor seating. Check our FB or Taproom website page each week (updated Friday a.m.) for updated beer list and prices and new beer releases. We offer 8-10 beers on draft each week including 7 Core beers (draft, growler fills and six packs as available) and 1-2 specialty beers (draft and often in bombers/growler fills depending on our supply). We do have a growler exchange program for DBC growlers only. We are not open to the public other than Curbside hours.

Overview: Driftless Brewing Company, located in the scenic Driftless Area of southwest Wisconsin, crafts fine ales and lagers using 80%+ local and regional hops, malt, fruit and other ingredients. Expanding to 15 BBLs in 2018, we opened a destination taproom in 2019 and distributed throughout southern Wisconsin. In 2020, we have Curbside Pickup each weekend. Our core beers range from a refreshing Lager, Saison de Jardin and Honey Blonde Ale to DIRT Brown Ale and Cow Cult Milk Stout with hoppier Kick-Axe Pale Ale and Rolling Ground IPA. Our Specialty beers vary weekly but we have brewed a host of fruited belgian beers, the first Kernza beer in WI, and barrel-aged Stouts and Saisons.
