- A craft brew pub with brewers, Rick & Tim Kane, accompanied by great eats, including taco-shop style cuisine. Brewer, Rick Kane has been brewing beer since the early 90's. After brewing so long he decided to go to school and get a degree in Beer Engineering, which fit perfectly with his science teaching credential. His plan is to have 8-12 beers on tap, along with a couple of local guest taps. The restaurant will feature taco shop mexican food. There will be appetizers that pair perfectly with beer, along with some sandwich and salad options. We know that Highlands Ranch and Centennial have been waiting for a local brewery to call their own. Hold on tight, here we come!
