- Craft brewery in Alpine, Texas, and opening a second location in San Antonio, Texas in 2018. Big Bend Brewing Co. is the only production craft brewer in Far West Texas. Director of Brewing Operations Jan Matysiak and team take pride in making great beer from quality ingredients. Our brewery is located in Alpine, TX and our tap room is open to the public. Learn more at bigbendbrewing.com Tap room is open Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 4pm - 8pm. Saturdays we are open from 1pm - 8pm.
