Overview

In 1995, by producing Lancaster’s first commercially brewed beer in four decades, Lancaster Brewing Company revived a storied brewing tradition going back 300 years. A legacy that, by 1810, credited 12 independent Lancaster breweries with producing 7% of all beer brewed in the US. At LBC, we unite our obsession with great ingredients, creativity, skill and experience, to consistently brew excellent, flavor forward and approachable beers. Inspired by 300 years of brewing tradition, we’re proud to brew in the heart of Lancaster County, alongside old-world craftsmen, 5300 independent family farms and our fiercely independent Amish neighbors.

Located in the heart of Lancaster County, among arguably the richest farmland in the world, we change our menus often to take advantage of the best and freshest local produce, dairy, poultry, cheeses and meats. With craftsmanship and quality in every detail, you could say we’re as obsessed with great food and service as we are with great beer. From our housemade sausages and cured meats, to our on-site garden, locally made cheeses, hand-cut fries, fresh dough made daily and signature burger grind, you can taste our commitment to fresh, local and sustainably grown products in every bite.
