CARMEL, IN – Danny Boy Beer Works, the fast-growing craft brewery based in Carmel, Indiana, announces the grand opening of its new South Bend location, Danny Boy Draft Works Notre Dame, located in the heart of the Notre Dame campus and athletic fields.
At the same time, work continues on construction of a new Danny Boy Draft Works IU, located in downtown Bloomington at 208 South Dunn Street, just a block south of the famous Kirkwood strip. The new eatery and draft works is scheduled to open in early August.
“We are excited about expanding in South Bend and Bloomington, introducing our great craft beers to more Notre Dame and Indiana University fans,” said Kevin “KP” Paul, owner of Danny Boy Beer Works. “We plan to embrace the spirit of both of these awesome schools by being open early on game days and by including sections for those who are under 21.”
In South Bend, the new northern Indiana home for Danny Boy craft beers is a partnership with Scott Berry, who serves as general manager and operating partner for the Draft Woks, which held its official grand opening this month. The family-friendly eatery and draft works is located inside the Overlook Complex at the Notre Dame Campus.
