Boulevard Brewing today announced plans to expand its sales footprint, adding new distribution in Delaware, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
In Pennsylvania, where the brewery already had distribution in greater Philadelphia, Boulevard has inked additional deals with Nittany Beverage, Wilsbach Distributors, Kirchner’s Beverage Distributor, Mid-State Beverage and Frank B. Fuhrer Wholesale for coverage throughout the remainder of the state.
The company, which had teased its Delaware and Connecticut market entries last October, also signed agreements with NKS Distributors (DE) and Brescome Barton (CT) for coverage throughout those markets.
“It has been gratifying to bring Boulevard beers to parts of the Northeast these past few years,” vice president of sales Bobby Dykstra said in via a press release. “Every new market seems to have lots of craft beer fans who have been exposed to our beers, people with Midwest ties who are really happy to see us. We’re pleased to have an opportunity to again become part of their daily lives.”
Boulevard beers will begin hitting the new markets in late July, the company said.
In March, the company added distribution in Michigan and, at the time of that announcement, also indicated that it was assessing additional expansion opportunities in Wisconsin, Louisiana, Tennessee and New Mexico.
Boulevard products are currently distributed in 37 states.
