Cryogenic processing tremendously boosts the hops character in the finished beer. The deep haze of this New England style IPA is the result of heavy dry hopping as active fermentation subsides. Our house yeast interacts with the protein-rich malts and hop polyphenols to create a permanent have and an overriding sensation of freshness and juiciness.
