Named after a German beer drinking monk, Luther's Folly is a mixed style midway between a Kölsch and a Trappist style beer. Luther's Folly is a light, refreshing, easy drinking beer. A hazy pale gold, the beer has subtle fruity yeast complexity, subdued maltiness and low bitterness.
