Vanilla Gorilla has developed a cult following over the years. The original recipe was simply our Red Brick Porter with Madagascar Vanilla beans added. Over the years we've brewed different variations including the use of cherry wood smoked malt, aging in Jack Daniels barrels, peated malt and even smoking the vanilla beans at Fox Bros., a local BBQ joint. One thing you can always count on with our Vanilla Gorilla is a delicious vanilla porter with a creative twist.
