Pouring a deep amber hue with a bright white head, this pale ale is dry on the palate with a delightfully crisp finish. Food Pairing: The fruity, citrusy and floral notes make this ale great to pair with herbaceous Mexican food like chicken tacos topped with zesty guac and cilantro or toasted tortilla chips paired with salsa verde.
