Official description from the brewery:
Despite the name, this beer is like nothing you’ve ever experienced. A velvety pale ale with somewhat nutty flavors, Koytus is modeled after the Dutch-style Kuits (Kuyt, Koyt). Known to be golden coppery ales, the unusually high percentage of oat malt imparts a creamy robust flavor, with a degree of tartness. Koytus is unavoidable when hops and oats come together.
