Guardian Brewing is a craft brewery & restaurant focused on barrel-aging, innovative food pairings, recreation, and yurt rentals. #QualityInnovationDestination Guardian Brewing Company creates a welcoming environment where experiences are created by blending quality craft beer and cider, local wine, and freshly made food pairings within a unique brewpub.
We focus on session and barrel-aged beers brewed on a 10-barrel system, with all beer being sold fresh on draft, over our bar. Take home a Crowler or Growler to remember your trip!
Our restaurant is open year-round and will have international influences. We serve lunch, snacks, and dinner from open to 9pm every day.
Plan a special event in our barn and consider staying overnight in our yurts when they are built in 2020 - we are a true destination brewery. Guardian opened its doors for the first time, at the old Red Barn in Saugatuck, MI in 2018. - ANNUAL PRODUCTION
