This variant of barrel-aged Oort Imperial Stout ale is a special edition for 2022. We started with our Oort Linzer Torte Edition--which added real raspberries, lemon zest, cinnamon, cloves and hazelnuts--and then barrel-aged it in Bull Run bourbon barrels for 12 months. The result is a rich, chocolate, raspberry celebration of darkness.
