Overview: Established in 2012, Earth Eagle Brewings is a truly authentic brewery (with a pub and homebrew shop) located in historic downtown Portsmouth, NH. In early 2021, Earth Eagle North, a satellite taproom, opened at the new brewing facility in Somersworth, NH. (@eartheagle_north)

Back in Portsmouth, the original brewpub is a short walk from Market Square and the downtown waterfront. Relax in the private beer garden or inside the cozy pub.

Enjoy a wide range of quality craft beer brewed in small batches.Best-sellers include New England Gangsta' IPA, Birds from Mars tropical IPA, Circling Birds DDH DIPA, Crows of Odin oatmeal stout, Samantha strawberry kettle sour, and a variety of herbal beers (gruit) just to name a few. An outrageous hot dog menu and equally impressive burger menu are currently offered, along with a full bar and wine offerings.

Be sure to sample the seasonal offerings as well -- like the Brethren Code coconut white stout brewed with coffee and fermented on rum-soaked oak chips (available in winter/spring), And the much anticipated annual Halloween releases: Puca, a coconut curry stout and Mummy Milk, imperial milk stout.
