This is our version of an easy drinking cider in the style of German Radlers or English Shandys. Instead of Lemon Soda we use lemongrass and lemon balm to give this light cider a refreshing citrus character that's perfect for warm summer days. All apple and select botanicals, we've put our spin on Franz Kugler's "Radlermass". He created this now famous style in the 1920's to serve at his Inn outside Munich, slacking the thirst of demanding cyclists yet allowing them to stay upright on their way home. radl'on!
