- Chau Tien(R) short for Con Rong Chau Tien(R) meaning "Descendants of Dragon& Angel", is the oldest Asian American beer brand conceived in 1984 and began producing in 1985 at Chico, CA. It was originally a joint venture partnership and the brand was licensed to Sierra Nevada (Aka. Asian American Brewing Co) from 1985-1987. Since then Chau Tien Beer Co (USA) had other licensing partners with Dubuque Star/Dubuque, IA and Anderson Valley Brewing Co., Boonville, CA. The Company also had other collaborations/contract brewing with St. Stan's/Modesto, CA; Coast Range/Gilroy, CA. Amber Waves/Vacaville, CA, Old Possum/Santa Rosa, CA, Blue Frog/DNA/Fairfield, CA, 3 Disciples/Santa Rosa, CA, and Marin Brewing Co/Moylan's, Novato, CA. The Company is seeking funds to build a farm brewery and will maintain collaborations with many others as we believe in innovation; using the finest ingredients, and staying true to craftmanship. For almost 40 years, Chau Tien(R) pioneers the Asian American Spirits.
