Overview: It all began with two brothers, their “Bad Dad,” and a homebrewing hobby out in Fairmount, IN. While some of us didn’t think that success was possible in rural Central Indiana, our standard of superior quality turned this family hobby into a serious operation, bringing big-city brewing to our small town. And, since interest has grown – with neighbors and visitors alike flocking to the brewery – we’ve expanded to feature a world-class pizzeria. Now we’re a destination with delectable dining and continue to grow our fan base, sharing beer with the rest of Indiana.

Fairmount, the home of James Dean and Garfield, is our home too. We could have chosen a more obvious location, but the brewery is a stone’s throw from where our very own Bad Dad grew up as a child. We’ve all gone away, but we always come back. We truly believe our neighbors deserve a high-quality food and beer experience, and that’s motivated us with everything we’ve done.

The taproom offers a great atmosphere in a location that’s a little off the beaten path, but still convenient. Just minutes from I-69, Fairmount is situated halfway between Indianapolis and Fort Wayne.
