Lakefront Brewery is at it again. This time it’s a pale ale with notes of strawberry, peach and apricot called Shifter.
Lakefront Brewery is asking anyone with bottles of My Turn Junk to either refrigerate or carefully dispose of them. It has been found that the beer contains small amounts of wild yeast, from the cherries that it was brewed with, which continues to ferment. Subsequently, carbon dioxide builds up in the bottles, making them at risk for explosion.
Each new quarter brings yet another celebration of a Lakefront Brewery employee. The “My Turn” Series lets a different employee, each quarter, create their own beer. From Barleywines to smoked lagers to fruited beer, every employee gets their shot to express who they are through water, barley, hops and yeast.
From the Brewery who crafted the very first gluten-free beer granted label approval in the United States, comes another certified gluten-free brew. New Grist Gose-style serves up a punch of lime and sea salt with no gluten-free aftertaste.
The next barrel-aged release from Lakefront Brewery, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a beautiful bourbon barrel-aged Doppelbock.
Riding the next IPA trend, Lakefront Brewery is announcing a new Brut IPA. Clean Machine Brut IPA will be released to the public in February.
Lakefront Brewery has announced an addition to its year-round lineup in the form of a New England-style IPA called Hazy Rabbit.
On November 23, Lakefront Brewery will release both the 2018 vintage of its famed, Black Friday beer, and the Black Friday XXX Vintage Reserve, created with 2015, 2016 and 2017 Black Friday.
The latest offering from Lakefront Brewery will be a year ‘round, low calorie ale known as Eazy Teazy. This craft beer brand is part of a large movement in the industry to offer lighter, low calorie beers. The release date is March 1st.
Lakefront Brewery’s two new beers will only be available on November 24.
Lakefront Brewery has installed arrays of solar panels at its Riverwest warehouse. With a total of 264 modules, Lakefront Brewery will be producing approximately 85,000 kWh annually.
For 30 years, Lakefront Brewery has been crafting a crowd favorite in its Riverwest Stein beer. But it’s now available in cans for the very first time. “Putting a craft beer in cans was unthinkable when we started,” said Russ Klisch, co-founder and owner of Lakefront Brewery. “Now, it’s becoming the norm. We’re actually a bit late to the game, but that’s okay.”

It’s more about dependability, fun and an honest day’s work.”
