Our parking lot is a great gauge of the weather here at the brewery, especially during the spring months. One day the car racks will be loaded with mountain bikes and the next, skis and snowboards. You pretty much never know what you’re going to get in the New England spring, so we’re ready for everything. Hop forward without being bitter, this single hop Pale Ale showcases the piney, citrusy character of Centennial hops. Bright and golden, light and drinkable, the subtle malt flavor lets the hops shine.
