Behind magnificent stone facades and gleaming stained glass windows, the Trappist monks of Belgium have brewed superlative beers for centuries. Made equally for self-sustenance and to support their communities, these beers have been prized for their complexity and depth, sought after for their craftsmanship, and cherished for their rarity. Our tribute to the classic Belgian trippel pours a golden-straw color with aromas of banana, clove, and spice from the traditional Abbey Ale yeast. At first sip, a slight bitterness is met with a balanced malt profile, and its finish is sweet and smooth.
