This is a Belgian-style abbey single crafted like those that Trappist monks brew for their own daily consumption. Belgian abbeys, due to the unique properties of fermentation, are known for their spicy phenolics and fruity esters. In addition to fixating on tradition, Abbey’s Single finishes light and dry with a slight floral kick from the noble hops. Although it’s a single, we bet you can’t have just one!
