Portland, OR – Laurelwood Brewing Co., Portland’s original organic-certified brewery, has announced the addition of Workhorse IPA 12-pack bottles to their lineup of year-round beers. The spring 2016 roll-out marks the first 12-pack release from Laurelwood.
“We’re thrilled to branch out into 12-packs and to offer one of Oregon’s best-selling IPAs in this packaging,” says James Buxman, Marketing & Sales Director for Laurelwood Brewing Co. “Our new 12-pack will give craft beer drinkers more opportunities to enjoy our Workhorse IPA.”
Workhorse IPA was first brewed in 2006 and quickly gained ground to become one of Laurelwood Brewing Co.’s flagships. Praised as a well-balanced IPA, Workhorse earned the esteemed National IPA Championship title in 2009. The brewery began bottling it in 22 oz bottles in 2007, then in 6-pack 12 oz bottles in 2013.
Fans of Laurelwood Brewing Co.’s popular IPA can look forward to seeing the new 12-packs in Fred Meyers, Safeway, and Albertsons throughout Oregon and Washington, with additional retailers to follow.
