Our key goal is to drive growth and awareness to the 4 Hands Brewing Company portfolio in the On Premise market. This includes developing relationships with key accounts, including bars, venues and restaurants while providing excellent customer service and promoting the brand's portfolio of small batch beer, can cocktails, hard tea, as well as our 1220 line of spirits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development & Account Management:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the designated territory, focusing on local bars, venues and restaurants.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and repeat business.
- Regularly visit accounts to ensure product availability, proper placement, and to address any customer concerns or issues.
- Manage sales goals and performance metrics to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Product Education & Brand Promotion:
- Conduct product tastings to introduce and promote the craft beer portfolio to customers and their staff.
- Support marketing and promotional activities, including events, festivals, and collaborations, to increase brand visibility and awareness.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide weekly VIP recap reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management and wholesaler.
- Customer Service & Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any issues, questions, or concerns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure promotional materials, displays, and branding materials are in place at key accounts.
- Collaborative Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align on sales campaigns, events, and initiatives.
