Overview: Having opened several Grill and Bar locations and selling a LOT of craft beer, owner Todd Carey fell in love with craft himself. It was this desire to bring great brews to his guests, which prompted him to open Uncle Bear's Brewhouse in 2013. Through the evolution of brewing for his own restaurants, then homies, then keg distribution, then canning and having beer in grocery stores, Todd decided to open a production brewery in 2018. With a friendly attitude and a team who is passionate about customer service, Uncle Bear's has continued growing, opening an additional Grill and Tap location in 2019 with plans for additional locations in 2020 and 2021.
