Overview
Iron Fist is a family owned brewery located in Vista, California. Our passion for the best hand crafted beer prompted us to make a lot of it. Making a bit more than we could drink we decided to sell it to you. RULE YOUR TASTE WITH AN IRON FIST!
Now we all know that San Diego brewers don’t shy away from an IPA and perhaps you also may know that Iron Fist Brewing is no stranger to San Diego, but the brew team is always careful when considering approaching another IPA.
Sometimes you have to stick to what you know best and for Iron Fist Brewmaster Tom Garcia, that’s certainly the starting point for the Iron Fist’s latest release, Catalina’s Revenge. After several months of brewing more European inspired brews and with an APA next up in the brewing schedule, Garcia decided to celebrate the brewery’s roots and pay homage to a California classic, the West Coast Pale Ale.
Forget any preconceptions of wheat beer and open up your mind for something refreshingly different. Iron Fist’s is proud to announce its first ever taproom only seasonal beer, That Summer Feeling.
As the days grow longer and the sun finally starts piercing through those clouds, Iron Fist prepares to toast the long hot days to come with Celeste–a deeply refreshing Belgian style Saison.
As we approach April 20, arguably the world’s biggest chill-out day, Iron Fist introduces its third small batch experiment, Hazy Hippie Trail, a hazy IPA which marks the brewery’s entry into the much loved world of hazy brews.
Iron Fist Brewing is pleased to announce the arrival of Cheap Suit. The March release from its recently announced Small Batch Experiments Series, Cheap Suit is a golden brown ale with a light tart cherry finish
Iron Fist Brewing is excited to reveal their first ever official brewing schedule. Separated into three main categories, the schedule introduces a new strategy for the brewer which is focused on more regular limited releases and variance in their taprooms.
