A cross between beer, sake, and a cocktail, this unique drink is brewed from 100% estate grown medium grain sushi rice contributing to its subtle light color. Brewing this drink with rice as the only grain, it is naturally gluten free. With the addition of lime peel and ginger this drink is similar to its cocktail cousin, the "Moscow Mule". Stubborn Mule has an ABV of 6.9% - Watch out, This Mule Kicks!
